Products GSI 61

Overview

The GSI 61 is the two-channel clinical audiometer from the most respected name in the audiological industry: Grason-Stadler. With its state-of-the-art, two channel design, the GSI 61 allows for fast, accurate pure tone and speech testing using phones (TDH, insert and high frequency), bone vibrator and sound field speakers for output.

It features both status and audiogram screen layouts for data presentation. And it even has an articulating screen - making the GSI 61 not only easy to use, but easy to view, too!

At Grason-Stadler, we know that speed of testing and ease of use are two of the most important considerations when purchasing a clinical audiometer. That's why we developed the GSI 61. We took the very best features from our GSI 10 and GSI 16 and designed them into the GSI 61 - all to give you everything you could possibly need to conduct tests quickly and easily, both today and in the years to come.

The GSI 61 come with everything you'll need to perform a clinic audiometric test battery with maximum speed and efficiency. Features that further enhance your testing capabilities are: dual channel control with mixing/routing capabilities which allow the operator to mix signals and direct them to either or both ears, high frequency capabilities, direct calibration for insert earphones, auxiliary inputs, scorer/counter, test storage, transfer and hard copy printouts using an HP color DeskJet printer.

GSI 61 is EMR/EHR compatible using GSI Suite V2.0

E-Record Solutions

GSI 61 E-Record Solutions Compatibility

Below are five E-Record Solutions that are compatible with the GSI 61. Explore customized Electronic Record Solutions for any environment. To learn more about each of the individual solutions click on the "read more" tab.

GSI Suite & OtoAccess

GSI Suite stores patient and audiometric data from the GSI AudioStar Pro, GSI 61 and GSI TympStar. The data is saved as a draft report until the final edit is complete. Additionally, a PDF of the report can be saved to the local PC, a remote location or attached to an electronic record. OtoAccess™ is a SQL database used to network multiple audiometric systems, creating one master database. Both packages, GSI Suite and OtoAccess, increase the efficiency of the contemporary audiology practice.

Audio Tymp Module

The GSI Audio Tymp Module integrates audiometric data from the GSI AudioStar Pro, GSI 61, GSI TympStar and GSI 39 into NOAH, providing seamless integration between the audiometry evaluation room and the hearing instrument fitting location. Data transfer and storage in the NOAH module meets all HIPAA compliancy requirements.

AudBase

AudBase software saves audiometric data from the GSI AudioStar Pro, GSI 61, GSI TympStar and GSI 39 into multiple report formats (single page, tabular and graphic, as well as sequential test results and custom options). Multiple data formats - PDF, TIF, GIF, JPEG, etc. - are available for easy compatibility with multiple EMR/EHR systems. Patient data is maintained via a 4D database. Software is HL7 compatible and meets all HIPAA privacy and security rules. Software is available as an "out of the box solution" or as a custom package for seamless integration into the EMR/EHR.
Custom Solutions: EPIC • Cerner • Centricity

Direct Interface

The Direct Interface option transfers the audiometric data from the GSI AudioStar Pro, GSI 61, GSI TympStar and GSI 39 directly into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The transfer of data into the EMR/EHR gives the physician immediate access to the audiometric data in the electronic record. Data transfer and storage meet all HIPAA compliancy requirements.
Available with: Greenway • AllMeds

Quasar Connect

Quasar Connect integrates audiometric data from the GSI AudioStar Pro and GSI 61 into Quasar, the database program used within the Audiology and Speech Pathology departments at VA medical centers. Quasar Connect automatically imports test results into the VA's Quasar Audiogram Edit Module and into the VA Denver Distribution Center for inclusion in a patient's hearing aid order. This process eliminates the need for manual entry which saves time and avoids human error.
